Circuit Public Defender of DeKalb County Internship for Fall

Undergraduates can apply for non-courtroom positions to work with supervising attorneys and learn skills related to research, trial prep, interviewing clients at the DeKalb County jail, etc.

These internships are available in fall, spring, and summer.

Pre-Teaching Global Internship Opportunity in Peru!


Georgia Tech Pre-Teaching students, along with interested Ivan Allen majors, have the opportunity to participate in 6-12 month global internships in Arequipa, Peru.  Interns will be hosted by El Centro Cultural Peruano Norteamericano (El Cultural), a binational cultural center focused on bridging the relationship between Peru and the United States.  El Cultural has strong ties to the United States Embassy in Peru, hosting an Education USA office on site.  Interns will work as Conversation Leaders or Instructors teaching the English language, as well as American cultural norms, to Peruvian high school, college, and adult students.  All interns are registered with Georgia Tech’s Global Internship Program.

Interested students should contact Susan Belmonte, Pre-Teaching Advisor, regarding their desire to apply and include a resume and a letter of interest (cover letter) explaining why they want to intern and why they believe they are qualified.

Students interested in Summer – Fall 2016 internships should email no later than April 15.  Students interested in Spring – Summer 2017 internships should email after April 15 but no later than September 15.

Summer Internships in DC Area

Gryphon Scientific, is recruiting for summer internships. Our focus is on science backgrounds, but Computer Science/Biomedical Engineering backgrounds are of interest as well. Interns will work on projects requiring research and analysis of professional journals and publications, and possibly develop parameters for mathematical models of infectious disease spread.


-U.S. citizenship

-Must be a rising senior working towards a B.A. or B.S. in one of the following disciplines: Biology, Biochemistry, Microbiology, Immunology, Biomedical Sciences, Neurology, or a related field.

-We are also looking for rising seniors working towards a B.A. or B.S.
in Computer Science that have an interest in biological sciences.
